Creating an image of the jet-setting fashionista, contrasted against the stark reality of the suburbs, Goetzelmann forces the viewer to reconsider the surreal world normalized by most high fashion images. JOHN BLAIS: MICROSOFT
11.17.2009John Blais worked with Turnstyle to produce a series of ads for Microsoft to promote the launch of Windows Mobile. The concept was to show how well Windows Mobile integrates into our everyday lives. John photographed "real people" and models in Brooklyn and Connecticut emphasizing realistic emotions and moments.
